nirs4all.pipeline.storage.workspace_store module

SQLite-backed workspace storage.

Replaces: ManifestManager, SimulationSaver, PipelineWriter,

PredictionStorage, ArrayRegistry, WorkspaceExporter, PredictionResolver/TargetResolver.

All metadata, configs, logs, chains, and predictions are stored in a SQLite database. Binary artifacts (fitted models, transformers) are stored in a flat content-addressed directory alongside the database file. Human-readable files (exported bundles, CSVs, charts) are produced only by explicit export operations.
