Host-dataset materialization for the dag-ml backend.

Accept ANY input nirs4all.run() takes (path / config / DatasetConfigs / live SpectroDataset / array / tuple), build the host SpectroDataset, and resolve how the subprocess adapter re-materializes the byte-identical dataset (reloadable path vs. pickle).
